hyperMILL & Fusion 360 Programming

Short of programming capacity, or has your best programmer just left? We provide subcontract CAM programming for 3, 4 and 5-axis parts using hyperMILL and Autodesk Fusion 360. Send us a PDF drawing or STEP file and we’ll produce a proven program tailored to your machine, tooling and workholding.

We’ve programmed parts for Formula One, aerospace and defence customers, and for subcontract shops running everything from one-offs to lights-out automation. Our focus is on cutting cycle times, reducing tooling costs and extending tool life, whether you’re machining aluminium, steels, stainless or exotic alloys.

Where needed, we’ll come on site to prove out the first parts on your machine and hand over setup sheets and work instructions, so your team can run the job with confidence.

Post Processors, Tool Databases & Training

Post processors: we edit and fine-tune hyperMILL and Fusion 360 post processors so the code coming out of CAM suits your machine and control, with less hand editing at the machine.

Tool databases: we build optimised tool databases, so speeds, feeds and stepovers fill in automatically once you pick the tool, material and strategy. That saves time on every part you program.

Training: we train your staff in hyperMILL and Fusion 360, so you’re not stuck if a key programmer moves on.
